How do I modify meal preferences?

You can easily adjust your preferences in the Settings under the Profile section. Here’s what you can modify:

  • Daily calorie intake
  • Dietary restrictions (e.g. vegetarian, gluten-free)
  • Ingredients to exclude
  • Meals you want included (e.g. breakfast, snacks)
  • Available cooking equipment
  • Preferred meal prep time

⚠️ Important Note

Changes you make will only apply to newly generated meal plans. Your existing plans will remain the same.
